About Danni

I am a successful, and experienced real estate agent on both the buy and sell side. My clients love working with me and by the closing date they feel they have gained a friend as well as an agent for life. I have a wealth of knowledge of the market and with this knowledge come leveraging power in the negotiation process. This knowledge allows me to know the right price to list a property for , as well as the right price to offer on a property. Because of 1% Lists, this year to date, I have saved my sellers over 100K in listing fees. Our motto is " YOU HAVE EARNED YOUR EQUITY . LET US HELP YOU KEEP IT". In 2023 I produced over 5 million in sales production. 1 % Lists is a full service real estate brokerage offering our sellers an option of lesser listing fees.
