Sara Baumgartner Daniel is a full–time realtor whose utmost dedication to clients and ability to provide concierge level services with low professional fees has catapulted her to become a multi-million dollar producer. Sara is a member of the 1% Lists Premier team, leaving a traditional real estate model she used for more than ten years, and now working to help more people save money when it comes to real estate services Her approach to real estate success and client satisfaction comes from honesty and integrity, thorough research, savvy negotiating, targeted marketing, organization, and adding in laughter (because the process can sometimes be stressful)! A former TV reporter and journalist, she enjoys putting her investigative research skills to work on nearly every transaction. A former marketing executive as well, she uses her creative side and expertise in marketing, social media, and advertising to help clients’ listings stand out from the crowd. Sara loves working with families relocating to Mandeville, Madisonville and Covington because she gets to utilize her extensive knowledge of the area. Her family put down roots in Mandeville in the late 70s, and she remembers when there was one stop light on Highway 22, and one Wendy’s! She’s enjoyed seeing the parish grow into a thriving, vibrant community.

When she’s not engaged in real estate, she's chasing her two daughters around town, going to a soccer field, dance team or cheer practice, hanging out with her two bulldogs, playing pickleball, working on never-ending home renovations on her older house in Beau Chene, or hanging out at a new restaurant with her foodie husband, Thomas.
